Updates on Wedding

We changed our wedding date to October 9, 2020 to accommodate more guests because of COVID restrictions in St. Louis County. Our wedding ceremony will still be at Chatham Bible Church, but we have moved our reception venue. The following Q&A's are to assist in answering any of your questions or concerns. We sure hope you can still celebrate with us!

I haven't received an invitation, but have a Save the Date?

We are working to send out invitations within the next week (August 25) to as many guests as we can according to the COVID restrictions. Please understand if you received a Save the Date, but have not received an invitation that we may have had to reduce numbers to meet requirements for health and safety. We do sincerely apologize and wish for all to attend our celebration! We have worked on creative ideas to include as many people as possible including: changing our reception venue and live streaming the ceremony!

How will you socially distance?

For the ceremony portion, every other row is roped off to provide distance. It is recommended that families stay together in a row.

For the reception, The Artisan at Baetje Farm can hold up to 500 guests, so we will have plenty of space to properly distant tables to assist in making people as comfortable as possible as we will be limiting our guest list.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony as well as reception are planned to both be located indoors. Masks are encouraged, but not required for either.

What if I'm not comfortable attending, but still want to celebrate with you?

We will be live streaming the ceremony . Here is the link that we will be using to live stream our event: https://www.facebook.com/Emanuel-and-Megans-Wedding-1092020-112039823980979/?modal=composer

Thanks for wanting to join us in celebrating!

Will there be a meal?

Yes, the Artisan at Baetje Farm will be serving a buffet meal. The servers will be wearing masks and gloves.

Are kids welcome?

They are absolutely welcome! For the reception, The Artisan is the wedding venue at Baetje Farms, which is a goat farm. There will be goats in a pen right next to the venue for kids of all ages to enjoy.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, there will be alcohol. Thanks for understanding that after we have hit our package limit, it will become a cash bar only.
