Can we do an at-home rapid test?
No - rapid tests will only be accepted if it's done by a third party and can be medically documented - such as those done at the pharmacy, urgent care etc.
When does the PCR test have to be conducted?
You may get a PCR test within the 72 hours prior to your arrival and you must have it medically documented. A PCR test is the most accurate and can take 1-2 days for results.
For example, if you arrive Friday at 3pm, you need to take the test after after 3pm on Tues, Sept 8th. If take at that time you would get result between Wed and Thrus.
When does the rapid test have to be conducted?
If you are doing a rapid test as opposed to a PCR test, it must be time stamped for the day of your arrival (day is considered 24 hours not the calendar date). A rapid test is reliable for people who are recently infected or with symptoms.

Where can I get a test?
CVS offers both the Rapid test and the PCR test and insurance covers the cost - check here to find a clinic that offers the testing near you. Many airports have paid testing and many cities have free testing sites.
What happens if I wait until I get to camp to do the test and test positive?
We strongly, strongly recommend that if possible you get tested before getting on the plane and/or arriving. If that is not possible and you do test positive on site, the camp will turn you away. We are working on a solution for a "quarantine cabin" on the Conant property if needed.
Do we need to bring proof of vaccination and the negative test?
Yes! The camp will be checking these upon your arrival. If you lost your vaccination card, you should be able to find this on the department of health website in your state.
If I am leaving camp on Friday and coming back on Saturday do I need a new test?
No - we will be keeping track of folks that are already cleared.
