IDEAS: Mike is receiving the sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation, and the Eucharist so it’d be cool to have gifts that involve the elements of the second two: oil, bread (or flour) and wine. ------ Mike's confirmation saint is Edith Stein, aka Teresa Benedicta of the Cross. ------ Catholic kitsch and art is a good avenue. Anything Marian is wonderful—Guadalupe and Undoer/Untier of Knots are favorites—he also likes St Joseph and St Michael but if people feel inspired to introduce him to any other saints, that’s great too! ------ Below are some more specific ideas:
