Unfortunately, with the closure of the online and brick and mortar stores, there are a couple small losses customers will have to face. On the bright side, however, your baby registry doesn’t have to take a significant hit. How can I contact Toys ‘R Us or Babies ‘R Us?

How long do I have to use my Babies ‘R Us gift cards and perks?
We recommend using your Babies ‘R Us gift cards, Endless Rewards, or store credit before April 21st, 2018. Stores may run out of inventory, so be sure to shop as soon as possible. Endless Earnings, in the form of e-gift cards, will be accepted until April 23rd.
Unfortunately, Toys ‘R Us and Babies ‘R Us have stopped accepting Rewards coupons at this time (the effective cut-off date was March 22nd).
What about returns or exchanges?
All sales with Toys ‘R Us and Babies ‘R Us are final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Are there any current sales going on?
Babies ‘R Us physical stores have implemented sales due to their closing, and sales may differ depending on location. Liquidation sales began March 23rd.
Can I still make purchases online?
Purchasing online is no longer available from www.toysrus.com and www.babiesrus.com. New orders online will not be taken or honored as of March 29th. If you have already placed an online order before this date, you should expect the item to be delivered soon.
